Most cyber attacks on companies don't start with a brilliant hacker, but with someone clicking a link, answering a convincing phone call or reusing the same password everywhere. The good news is that a handful of habits closes almost all of these doors.

The course shows how to recognise phishing, smishing, vishing and CEO fraud, with a scam email analysed line by line. It explains how to build strong passphrases, use a password manager and turn on multi-factor authentication. It wraps up with updates, Wi-Fi, remote work and the most important step of all: reporting immediately when something goes wrong.

Short lessons, realistic examples, no needless jargon. You can take the lessons in any order. The course is taught in Italian.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a technical background?

No. The course is designed for people who use a computer for work, not IT specialists. Every concept is explained with everyday examples.

How long does it take?

About an hour of lessons, plus the final test. You can pause and resume at any time and take the lessons in any order.

How does the final test work?

10 questions drawn from a larger bank. You need at least 70% and can retake it as often as you like, with an explanation after each answer.

What certificate do I get?

A certificate of completion, verifiable by QR code and valid for 12 months: threats evolve quickly, so a yearly refresher is recommended.

Does it cover NIS2 training requirements?

It can be part of a staff awareness programme, but it does not replace the technical and organisational measures the directive requires from organisations in scope.
