These terms govern the use of ApprendoLab by individual users and companies.
The service
ApprendoLab offers online courses, tests and certificates of completion, as well as tools for managing corporate training.
Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. An account is personal: sharing it falsifies tracking and may result in your results being cancelled.
Purchases
Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is calculated at the time of payment. For digital content made available immediately, the consumer's right of withdrawal expires once access to the content begins, subject to the consumer's express prior consent.
Certificates
Certificates attest to the completion of a learning path on ApprendoLab in accordance with the requirements stated on the course page. The legal value of a certificate depends on the applicable regulations and on the requirements stated for each course: ApprendoLab does not automatically claim legal recognition for any course. Certificates may be revoked if a learning path is found to have been completed irregularly.
Virtual instructors
Some courses are presented by virtual instructors generated with artificial intelligence, always disclosed as such. The content is written and reviewed by people.
Companies
The company is responsible for the data of the people it imports and invites, and for the completion rules it sets. Licence seats are assigned to named individuals and may be reassigned in accordance with the contract.
Acceptable use
It is forbidden to circumvent tracking, automate course consumption, share protected content or attempt to access other people's data.
