Generative AI assistants are already on everyone's desk. This course teaches you to use them well: understand how they work and why they sometimes make things up, write prompts that deliver useful results the first time, check what they produce and know which data must never leave the company.
The approach is practical: before-and-after prompt examples, use cases for HR, sales, administration and customer care, a review checklist and a four-week plan to build your own personal method.
One lesson covers the EU AI Act without alarmism: the risk-based approach, transparency obligations and the AI literacy duty (Article 4) applicable since 2 February 2025. The course is also designed as a concrete tool for company AI literacy initiatives. Lessons are in Italian.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need technical skills?
No. The course explains how models work at a practical level, with no maths or programming.
Which tools are covered?
The techniques apply to all major assistants (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini and similar). Always use the ones approved by your company.
Does the course fulfil Article 4 of the AI Act?
It can be a documented part of AI literacy measures, but the duty applies to the organisation as a whole and must fit roles and context. The certificate is not a legal attestation in itself.
How does the final test work?
Ten questions drawn from a bank of 22; you need 70% to pass. You have three attempts, with a ten-minute wait between them.
What is the certificate worth?
It is an ApprendoLab certificate of achievement valid for 24 months, verifiable online via QR code.
What language is the course in?
Lessons and test are in Italian. Course descriptions are available in five languages.
